At a glance
A private room, just for you
Our private banquet room is yours alone — space to grieve, to laugh at the good stories, and to linger as long as you need.
Luncheons, brunches & dinners
We book the room seven days a week, including daytime hours when the restaurant floor is closed. Memorial luncheons are regularly arranged within a few days.
One plan, settled quickly
Date, headcount, menu, room — settled in a few quiet minutes online, or with an events planner. We've hosted hundreds of memorial gatherings and we know you have enough to carry.
Holds your date
A $300 deposit reserves the room and the time while we finish the details. It goes toward your bill and is refunded in full if we can't reach an agreement.

How it works
Four small steps, and it's handled.
Tell us about the gathering
The date, a rough headcount, and the time you'll arrive after the service — about two minutes in the planner, or talk to an events planner and we'll take it down for you. Same-week arrangements are common.
We confirm the room and the menu
Buffet or plated, with dietary needs handled with care. You get one all-in number with the room fee, gratuity, and tax shown. A $300 deposit reserves the date; it goes toward your bill and is refunded in full if we can't reach an agreement.
Confirm the count
Before the day, the guaranteed number, the final menu, and any dietary needs with names. That number is what you're billed on.
Arrive together
The room is set, the coffee is on, and the food comes out when your family walks in. Everything else is our job.
Frequently asked
The questions families ask us most.
Where can we host a lunch after a funeral in Buffalo?
Right here: 3151 Main Street, minutes from North Buffalo's funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries, with parking on site in our own lot.
How many guests fit?
20 to 100, comfortably, in a private room sized to your group. A rough count is enough to start; as a rule of thumb, expect roughly 40 to 60 percent of the people at the service to come to the luncheon.
Can it be arranged quickly?
Yes. We book seven days a week and regularly set up memorial luncheons within a few days. If you can, settle the room before you finalize the service time with the funeral home — an hour's difference sometimes makes a room available that otherwise isn't.
Buffet or plated?
Buffet is the usual choice for a reason: people arrive at different times and want to move between tables and talk, and a buffet handles that. Plated service suits smaller groups or a more formal meal. Either way it's comfort food from the banquet menu, with vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and kids' options.
What does it cost?
Pricing follows your menu choices. Every price is on the banquet menu, and the planner shows one all-in number with the room fee, 18% gratuity, and 8.75% sales tax before you commit to anything. A $300 deposit holds the date and goes toward your total. If it's easier, talk to an events planner and we'll walk you through it.
If it helps to see the whole process laid out, we've written a longer practical guide to planning a funeral luncheon in Buffalo — timing, headcount, cost, and what to ask. Something else? Talk to an events planner or ask it in the planner — there's a notes box on every step.
